‘Forth Dimensions Properties’ or ‘4DP’ as its also known, is the output of 2 friends with >20 years friendship. Passion for high standards, fun, and helping those around become successful, it was only a matter of time before we put pen to paper and created our own business venture.

By day we’ve both spent the past 15 years as qualified tradesmen, owning electrical and plumbing businesses, aswell as being Directors of Corporate and SME businesses in the Property Maintenance and Prop Tech arenas .. and even found time to be in the Parachute Regiment of the British Armed forces in between.

Our Mission is simple, to utilise our extensive in house skills with our external partnerships to provide sustainable solutions for everybody involved with the brand.

“We’ve joked over the years that we’re always in sync .. be it wearing similar clothes or colours without planning, to phrases or terminologies that we’ve said at the same time.
Driving back from an event we decided to coin the phrase ‘4th Dimension’ any time it happened going forwards; fast forward 12 months, we decided to combine our business and trade experiences and enter the property market
… I’ll give you one guess which name sprung to mind as we planned to kick start the venture.”
